Captain Alan Hastbacka

Capt. Alan started Got Stryper Charters in 2004 at the age of twenty-two. He has been a full time captain for the past thirteen seasons and is the owner operator of Got Stryper Charters. Capt. Alan has been fishing Monomoy since he was a young boy. After starting Got Stryper Charters, Capt. Alan explored new areas to learn more about the fishing environment around Cape Cod and the Islands. He has explored areas from the Brewster flats to east of Chatham. His time spent observing tides, moon phases, weather and many other factors have helped him put clients on fish by learning the interworking’s of the vast distance of water over the past decade. 

Captain Charlie Whitcomb

Capt. Charlie got his US Coast Guard Masters in the spring of 2014. He is a Cape Cod native and has been fishing seriously since his early twenties, always having had a passion for the ocean. Charlie worked as Captain Alan's mate in order to master the art of light tackle fishing. Capt. Charlie's accuracy and ability to make quick decisions is always on point. Chances of catching fish increase with his expert level of fishing experience. 

Captain Jason LaMagna

Capt. Jason has his US Coast Guard Masters and possesses over thirty-five years of experience fishing all of Cape Cod's waters, both commercially and recreationally. He has extensive environmental knowledge of Cape Cod Bay, Barnstable Harbor and Nantucket Sound. Capt. Jason is also an avid Cape Cod canal and surf fisherman. He is the owner of North Bay Custom Rods, one of Cape Cod's premier rod builders. 

Captain Peter Lajoie

Captain Pete joined the Got Stryper team in 2015. He is a veteran striped bass fisherman who has his US Coast Guard Masters. He has been fishing for striped bass since he was twelve years old and is well versed in fishing other species from fluke to tuna.  In his younger years Capt. Pete fished mainly on and around Block Island and the back beaches of Cape Cod. He has since expanded to other areas near New York and New Jersey, following the fall migration. Capt. Pete Speaks at local fishing clubs during the winters. He and Capt. Alan became friends in 2011 and have continued to fish all over Cape Cod. Capt. Pete loves nothing more than being on the water and seeing people have fun out there.
